• Ranjith native of a rural area in Panrutti after completion  of his course he is now working in hotel Leela Palace, Bangalore as a Housekeeping Executive and earning Rs. 35,000/- per month.  He is from a poor background and their main source of income was goat rearing now this boy life has entirely changed.
• Manikandan studied B.Sc (C&HA) got placement in hotel Taj Gateway OMR, Chennai. Now working as a bakery chef in The Oberoi, Dubai and earning 2,600 dirhams per month with accommodation.
• Our student Mr. Ganasivam studied with as now working as Demi Chef de’ Partie in hotel The Hermitage, New Zealand earning $19 (New Zealand dollar) per hour and built a new house worth Rs. 54,00,000/- in Chengam, Thiruvanamalai district.

• Students are sent to various leading hotels in Pondicherry, Mahabalipuram and Chennai for ODC.  They will earn apx Rs. 500/- per day inclusive of duty meals and transportation charges extra they pay if the students are going to Chennai and Mahabalipuam. Our students earned a good name in ODC and our ASTHM boys are always good in punctual, obedient, taking initiative and hard working which the hotel is looking for.
• Always our students only will go for ODC in French Consulate to do the service to the diplomats with association with hotel Villa Shanti.
• Our 5 boys went to our Indian President Service which was held at Podicherry University last month in association with hotel Accord.
• Likewise our students created a great demand in ODC in and around Pondicherry. Hotelier will always prefer our boys only because of their dedication in work.
