“ACHARIYA College of Catering and Hotel Management” is located in the heart of the city and is in close proximity to the Bus stand and Railway station.  Being in the centre of the city it has access to all the star hotels situated in Puducherry, which in turn helps the student to go for part-time Internships and outdoor catering programme.


Food Production Lab:

Modern techniques of cooking and presentation of food forms clubbed with knowledge about hygiene, nutrition, cost control etc., are imparted here. Demonstration and hands-on practical sessions are carried out with the help of leading chefs and faculties.

Basic Training Restaurant:

The training Restaurant enables the students to learn and practice various aspects of table setting, order taking & different food and beverage services of the World, gaining  hands on experience with the highest standard in this department.

Front Office:

Front office management procedures such as reservations, registrations, check-in and check-out, concierge services, telephone operation ,cash handling, fax billing, , situation / crisis management &  role play along with case studies are taught in a practical environment to provide real time hands on experience.

Accommodation Operations:

International standard education in housekeeping skills. Regular monitoring of guest room hygiene in common and public area maintenance. Gold standards mentoring in interpersonal skills to communicate with guests and internal staffs.

Library Facility:

The well-stocked library with books, periodicals, and audio-visual materials is an indispensable resource for the students for research, information, and advancement.

Computer Centre :

Equipped with the latest technology and software as teaching tools. Hands on experience are provided to students on various applications related to the Hospitality industry using multiple systems of reputed brands. High speed broadband facility to enable instant connectivity.

Hostel Facilities:

The residential campuses at ACHARIYA College of Catering & Hotel Management provide comfortable hygienic living facilities for both boys and girls separately. Group has a separate annex hostel campus with all required facilities and amenities spread over 4 acres of land.

Based on Merits (Education Excellence) Excellence in Extra curricular activities (sports) Application can be obtained from the Institute or downloaded from the website.

  1. Completed application form should be submitted with relevant photo copies and selected students should pay the I term fees before the date of joining.
  2. The admission of the candidate will stand cancelled at any time if it is found he has submitted false documents or has made incorrect submission in his /her interview.
  3. All applications should have to undergo a medical fitness test with COVID protocols and submit it along with the application for admission.
